Light burning powder UDC 669.721-492.2 Q 43
National standard of People's Republic of China
Light burned magnesium
Caustic burned magnesia
1988-0 6-14 release 1989-10-01 implementation
Issued by the National Standard Bureau
1. subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the light burned magnesium technical requirements, test method, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificate.
This standard is applicable to papermaking, chemical industry, building materials, rubber, ceramics, animal husbandry and manufacturing with light burned magnesium magnesia.
2 reference standard
Analysis method of GB 5069 magnesia refractories
General provisions on packaging, marking and quality certificate of GB 5689 smelting gold products
Light burned magnesium by chemical composition is divided into: QM-96, QM-95, QM-94, QM-92, QM-90, QM-87, QM-85, QM-80, QM-75 nine grades.
4 technical requirements
The physical and chemical indexes should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1
5 test method
5.1 the method of chemical analysis was carried out according to GB 5069.
The 5.2 grain size test was tested by international standard sieves, that is, 120 and 100 eyes were tested by international standard sieves with aperture 0.125mm and 0.15mm, respectively.
6 test rules
6.1 the weight of each batch is not more than 120 t per batch.
6.2 samples of granularity determination should be sampled before group batch, and samples of chemical analysis should be sampled after group batch. The small bag (25kg) takes one sample for every 20 bags, and each large bag (1000kg) takes one sample.
After fully mixing the obtained grain samples, the particle size is measured by 10~20g. After mixing, the test samples were divided into 200g Laboratory for analysis.
6.3 if a test result is not qualified or abnormal, a sample of twice the same batch will be rechecked once again, and the result of reinspection will be the final inspection result of the batch product.
7 certificate, packing, transportation, storage and certificate of quality
7.1 when the finished product is stored, it must be in the warehouse without damp.
7.2 the finished products must be kept clean, and there are rain proof and snow protection facilities. In the course of transportation, it must be strictly protected from moisture and pollution.
Except for the above 7.3 provisions, other related matters are carried out according to GB 5689.
